Platinum Membership Refund Policy
Â
1. Fourteen-Business-Day Request Period
A Client may request cancellation and apply for a voluntary refund within fourteen (14) business days from the date FGISC has received BOTH (a) the Agreement duly signed by the Client and (b) full payment of the PHP 200,000.00 membership fee. FGISC must receive a complete written request within that period. Submission does not guarantee approval.
2. Voluntary Refund Amount
The only voluntary refund under this policy is PHP 50,000.00, equivalent to 25% of the PHP 200,000.00 Platinum Membership fee. No higher voluntary, pro-rata, or refund of the remaining 75% is available under this policy, subject to applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Conditions for Eligibility
All of the following must be satisfied:
- Complete written request is received within the fourteen-business-day period.
- The membership fee has been paid in full.
- Substantive case processing has not yet started.
- The case or documents have not been submitted, endorsed, transferred or referred to any school, government agency, provider or other third party.
- All reasonably requested information and evidence have been provided.
- None of the exclusions in Section 11.8 applies.
4. Exclusions
No voluntary refund is available after the request period or once substantive processing or third-party referral has started. A voluntary refund will also not be granted solely because the Client:
- Changes their mind, plans, financial/personal circumstances or preferred destination.
- Fails to provide required documents, information, approvals, signatures or payments on time.
- Does not satisfy visa, immigration, school, employment, financial, language, health or program requirements.
- Withdraws or decides not to continue with an application.
- Misses an intake, interview, medical examination, biometrics, orientation or deadline.
- Is affected by changes in law, immigration or school policies, fees or timelines.
- Experiences delay caused by government, schools, banks, couriers, medical providers or other third parties.
- Receives school rejection, visa refusal, cancellation, removal order or entry refusal.
- Does not use a service, benefit, discount or promotional item.
5. Third-Party Charges
Government, school, medical, biometric, courier, bank, payment-processing, professional and other third-party amounts already paid, committed or incurred for the Client are separate from the voluntary refund and non-refundable unless the relevant third party returns the funds to FGISC.
6. Where and How to Submit
Submit a complete written cancellation and refund request through the official support portal https://client.fil-global.com/contact-support or by email to [email protected]. The portal confirmation or email record determines the submission date. An incomplete request is not fully submitted until all required information and documents are received.
Include the following in the request:
- Complete legal name;
- Copy of the signed Agreement;
- Client file/reference/membership number, if available;
- Official receipt, payment confirmation or proof of payment;
- Date and amount of each payment;
- Clear written cancellation and refund request;
- Reason for the request and relevant supporting documents;
- Current contact information;
- Refund account details for an account in the Client’s name and reasonably required verification documents.
7. Approval and Payment
If approved, FGISC pays the fixed PHP 50,000.00 voluntary refund within thirty (30) calendar days after written approval and receipt of complete, verified payment details. Bank, payment-provider, identity-verification or other third-party delays beyond FGISC’s reasonable control may extend processing. Only written FGISC refund approval confirms that a request has been approved.
8. Important Notice
This policy is limited to Platinum Membership and does not automatically apply to any other package or service. Nothing here excludes or restricts consumer rights, liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
