Platinum Membership Terms & Conditions
Â
1. Membership Fee and Activation
The Platinum Membership fee is PHP 200,000.00. Service starts only when both parties sign the Agreement, FGISC receives full payment in cleared funds, and the Client provides the information required to open the case. An FGISC-approved installment arrangement requires full payment within 30 days. No substantive processing or program endorsement begins before the full fee is paid and other activation conditions are satisfied.
2. Scope of Services and Covered Visa Categories
FGISC provides administrative assistance for qualifying non-work visa applications. Covered categories, subject to eligibility, destination rules and FGISC written case acceptance, include:
- Student / Study Visa
- Visitor / Tourist Visa
- Dependent Visa
- Spouse / Family Visa
- Other qualifying non-work visa categories accepted in writing by FGISC
Work visas, work permits, overseas recruitment, job placement and employer sponsorship are expressly excluded. FGISC does not issue visas or decide school admissions.
3. Platinum Membership Benefits
- Dedicated Documentation Officer as the main case contact during official business hours; not 24-hour service.
- Unlimited administrative application support for qualifying non-work visa applications while membership is active.
- Reapplication assistance after a refusal, subject to eligibility, case review and FGISC written approval.
- Priority in FGISC’s internal processing queue, not priority with authorities or schools.
- Target acknowledgment of case messages within 24 business operating hours, not guaranteed resolution in that time.
- Tuition-fee payment assistance, subject to a PHP 2,000 FGISC fee per handled transaction, plus applicable outside charges.
- Selected promotional benefits only if checked and signed by both parties in Schedule P-2.
4. Membership Validity
Membership ordinarily continues until the earlier of citizenship in the approved Country of Choice or the applicable age-based limit. For the Original Member, that limit is their 75th birthday. Visa approval alone does not end membership. Membership may end earlier under the Agreement, including written cancellation, approved membership-holder transfer, or termination.
A membership-holder transfer does not restart or extend the term. A transferee receives only the remaining time; the term may be shortened if their 75th birthday comes sooner. Citizenship of the approved Country of Choice also ends membership for the current transferee.
5. Membership Transfers and Changes
FGISC may approve up to three (3) Transfer Events in total during the membership. A Transfer Event is an approved change of membership holder, destination country, visa program/category, school or course/program of study. Each separately approved change type counts as an event and carries a PHP 7,000.00 FGISC administrative fee, plus applicable third-party charges and approved price differences. All changes require a written request and prior written approval. A transfer does not reset the event count or extend membership validity.
6. Additional Charges
Unless expressly included in the signed Agreement, the PHP 200,000.00 membership fee excludes visa, embassy, school, tuition, medical, biometric, translation, courier, insurance, travel, accommodation, bank and foreign-exchange charges. New third-party charges are payable for each application or reapplication. Other services outside membership must be quoted and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Submit complete, truthful, genuine and up-to-date information and documents.
- Disclose relevant previous visa applications, refusals and other matters affecting eligibility.
- Review and approve application documents before submission.
- Maintain valid travel documents, accurate contact details and timely responses.
- Attend appointments, meet deadlines and pay applicable charges.
8. No Guaranteed Outcome
FGISC does not guarantee visa approval, school admission, a processing time, entry, permanent residence or citizenship. Immigration and admission decisions belong to the relevant authorities and institutions. The Agreement does not automatically include citizenship or naturalization services.
9. Cancellation, Refunds and Complaints
Voluntary refund requests are governed by Section 11 of the Platinum Membership Service Agreement. Please read the separate Platinum Membership Refund Policy. Questions and complaints may be submitted at https://client.fil-global.com/contact-support or [email protected]. FGISC acknowledges complete concerns within five business days and aims to respond or update within 30 business days.
