Applications

1. Membership Payment Refund

As an added privilege to members who opt to pay their membership and initial visa application fee in full, they will be entitled to a period of fourteen (14) calendar days non-extendible grace period in which they can cancel or refund their Membership and qualify for a refund subject to the payment of the Administration Fee amounting to TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP10,000.00). 



The applicant is not entitled for refund regardless of its failure to comply or non-submission of the requirements after the period of fourteen (14) calendar days.



It’s important to note that this grace period is non-extendible, and the applicant is not entitled

to a refund regardless of failure to comply or non-submission of the requirements after the period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

All refund requests must be forwarded to the Programmes Lead via email at [email protected] for processing. Additionally, in the event that no refund requests are received and a member makes false and negative statements against the company, the member can be charged with an administrative fee of P200,000 and will not be eligible for such refund.

Note: Only the Platinum Members are entitled to transfer their platinum membership to any immediate family member subject to the approval of the organization.

Our Company Membership Benefits are subject to change, we will inform all members of these changes 30 days before implementation.

2. Visa Processing Fee

We give the client the option to pay the entire amount in a single payment or pay through installment form. Which will enable them to pay in a manageable period of time. Upon full payment of the Visa processing Fee the company holds the right to give the client the following options in case a refund is sought for irrespective of the time payment has been made.

A) A refund of only 25 percent shall be given to the client upon full payment of the Visa Processing Fee as the client’s visa application process has started already and endorsements to participating parties. (eg.employees, schools, lawyers, have been done).

B) The client may consider holding the processing of the visa application (Freeze Account) and may do so for a period of two years. However, after which

the payment fee shall be considered nullified and non-refundable regardless of the membership fee paid.

C) In instances where the client may wish to discontinue with the visa application, the contract may be transferable to any *immediate family for a period of two years upon a written notice to the company and an approval thereof.

* Immediate family – refers to a person’s parents, spouse, children, and siblings and will also include the parent’s spouse. Usually, stepchildren and adopted children and their spouses are included under the purview of immediate family.

D) We give the client the right to change program options during the visa application process if the client is not qualified nor feels that the initial program applied for is not suited. In addition, the client can only change the visa option once for free and any subsequent changes thereof will be charged for Php 7000.00. Furthermore, the candidate is only allowed to transfer programs for five consecutive times for a period of two years upon which the Visa Processing Fee shall be null and void. However, in no instance shall the Visa processing fee be neither refundable nor any subsequent payment made.

E) When fraud, deception, false representation, misrepresentation is involved and made by the client, the terms of the contract permit cancellation and payment made shall otherwise be non-refundable.

The company reserves the right to elect, refuse, suspend or terminate the membership for any justifiable cause the law warrants the above-mentioned sanctions. Furthermore, to process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of payment, a signed information pack, and a signed refund acknowledgment letter.
