FG TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VISA APPLICATIONS

1. Membership Payment Refund

As an added privilege to members who opt to pay their membership and initial visa application fee in full, they will be entitled to a period of fourteen (14) calendar days non-extendible grace period in which they can cancel or refund their Membership and qualify for a refund subject to the payment of the Administration Fee amounting to FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 5,000).

Please be reminded that in case of partial payment, the grace period shall be counted on the date the partial payment is made. For members who opt to pay partially, they will be entitled for a 3 month grace period to complete the payment of their membership fee counted from the date of initial payment. Failure to complete the payment within the three-month grace period shall be a ground for the forfeiture of the payments made in favor of Fil-Global. No member who opted for partial payment shall be entitled to a refund unless they have completed their payment and applied for a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of the initial payment.

The member is also entitled to transfer the membership to any immediate family member subject to the approval of the organization. The company reserves the right to elect, refuse, suspend or terminate the membership for any justifiable cause the law warrants the above-mentioned sanctions. Furthermore, to process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of payment, signed endorsement letter and signed refund acknowledgement letter.

2. Visa Processing Fee

Upon payment of the Visa Processing Fee the company holds the right to give the client the following options in case the client wish to discontinue the Visa application:

1) The client may transfer the Contract to any immediate family for a period of one year provided that the client furnish the Company with a written notice duly dated and signed. The term “Immediate Family” shall be understood to refer to the Client’s parents, spouse, children (including step-children and adopted children), and siblings. However, after the expiration of the one year period, the payment fee shall be considered nullified and non-refundable regardless of the membership fee paid.

2) The client may consider holding the processing of the visa application (Freeze Account) for a period of two years. However, after the expiration of the two years period, the payment fee shall be considered nullified and non-refundable regardless of the membership fee paid.

3. We give the client the right to change program options during the visa application process if the client is not qualified nor feels that the initialprogram applied for is not suited. However, in no instance shall the Visa processing fee be neither refundable nor any subsequent payment made.In addition, the client can only change the visa option once for free and any subsequent changes thereof will be charged for Php 7,000.00.

4. When fraud, deception, false representation, misrepresentation is involved and made by the client, the terms of the contract permit cancellation and payment made shall otherwise be non-refundable.

5. Penalties for Late Fees
In case of late payments and bouncing cheques, Service Provider is entitled to 3% (Three Percent) per month for the said amount.

Fil-Global will provide a grace period of 10 days upon issuance of the said invoice.

Payment of Refunds:

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 60 WORKING days of your refund approval from the Accounts department.

Late or missing refund:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
