Quality Control Officer(2)

Quality Control Officer handles checking services to ensure that they are free of errors and rendered to clients according to internal specifications and external guidelines. This is a highly detail-oriented role, requiring familiarity with immigration processes combined with extensive knowledge of ISO QMS Standard.

Responsibilities:
- The main duty of a Quality Control Officer is to audit and assess services. The Quality Control Officer may test a variety of techniques, checking that specifications are met and that the services works as intended.
- A Quality Control Officer is ultimately responsible for identifying defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue. This may mean sending the services back through certain stages of the process or pulling a services entirely if it does not meet expected standards of quality. The Quality Control Officer analyzes the results of the audit to identify these defects and make sure they do not persist.
- The Quality Control Officer also keeps detailed records of conformity or service issues as they test and assess. These detailed records can help identify and eliminate recurring problems and also provide a paper trail to aid in accountability and error reporting. The Quality Control Officer may provide these reports to supervisors or department managers to help them make decisions about processes and practices.
- Quality Control Officer is also responsible for supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes. If several services arrive with a similar defect, for example, the Quality Control Officer might suggest to improve a specific part of the department process. This helps ensure that products are produced consistently and that defects or other errors will not persist throughout the manufacturing process.
- Inspect, verify and document that service delivery meets customer and Core Process specifications.
- Follow-up inspection of non-complying products that have been re-worked and corrected.
- Complete random witness and document inspection as required
- Communicate quality problems with QA and Core Leadership and fellow QC auditors
- Participate and support continuous improvement of objectives of the department
- Implement 5S Objectives
- Complete deviation forms and record findings of inspection process
- Assist QC Leadership in physical control of non-conforming products and materials
- Complete Non Conformance Reports for defective services, products and materials
- Assist QC Leadership in physical control of non-conforming products and materials

Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License Exam) of any course.
* Exposure of at least 6 months in an Immigration Services and ISO knowledge is an advantage
* At least 6 months exposure in Immigration Services specializing in Documentation
* Ability to apply technical knowledge and understanding to making appropriate and timely risk-based decisions.
