Human Resource Manager(1)
Provide human resources and accounting leadership for its operations in Head and Regional Offices. The Human Resources Manager works closely with accounting and human resources personnel to provide clear and accurate financial records and employee development support.
RECRUITMENT
●Manage the recruitment and selection process
●Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
●Support and suggest improvements to the entire process
TALENT MANAGEMENT
●Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital
●Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
●Develop and maintain salary structure plan and benefits program
●Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
●Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
●Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
●Organize learning and development programs
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
●Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or
other issues
●Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy
●Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
●Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
●Nurture a positive working environment
●Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
●Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
●Review departmental budgets
●Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
●Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Accounting Department
●Oversee Accounting procedures and regulatory compliance
Professional Experience
❏Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College
Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human
Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
❏Excellent communications and presentation skills
❏• At least 7-10 years of work experience in the HR field is
required for this position
❏Preferably in a Manager role/level
❏Ideally with work experience in Shared Service with
capability to manage a team virtually
❏Strong background in Compensation & Benefits
(Clearance), Timekeeping, HR Audit function.
❏Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the
service operational hours
Skills/Qualifications
❏Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of the
principles and procedures of HR practices and policies
(recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, labor
relations, personnel information systems, etc.)
❏Business Management Principles - Strategic planning and
resource allocation
❏Management and leadership
❏Ability to motivate, develop, train, or develop people
❏Conflict resolution (settling disputes, resolving grievances,
negotiating)
❏Highly organized
