Business Development Officer(1)

Creating and developing new businesses and will handle expansion and growth

- Sources lead and develop client account relationships
- Manages and resolves client issues and concerns or escalate to the higher management or to CEO’s or Board of Directors
- Collaborate with other internal teams for progress of projects
- Maintains organized files and related documents
- Conducts due diligence, inspections, and attends client meetings
- Prepares and reviews contracts as well as acts as support in the negotiations
- Manages day to day project charter progress
- Ensures compliance to company policy
- Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
- Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients/customers
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Knowledgeable in creating and developing the following such as Business Plan (Business Model, Structure, Market Analysis, Segmentation Sales and Marketing Strategies, Value Proposition, and Financial Projection), Business Development Plan, Research and Development Plan (business expansion and growth), Sales Growth Strategies, Strategic Planning
- Must have at least 2-3 year's sales experience in business and management consulting industry or with corporate sales experience.
