National Sales Manager(1)

Improving the company's market position in achieving financial growth and managing the sales force to maximize revenue. The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and expansion for the company. With his vision and sales forecasting, he ensures that growth targets are achieved. He leads the sales department by conducting Sales Income and Expense weekly and EOM monthly meetings to accomplish the department’s objectives.

-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for all branches; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
-Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
-Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
-Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
-Implements national sales programs by developing action plans.
-Maintains sales and selling price by keeping watch with demand and competitors.
-Completes national sales operations by scheduling and assigning employees
-Maintains national sales staff by training managers.
-Maintains national sales staff job results by disciplining employees.
-Attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in events.

Professional Experience
●Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree,
Professional License Exam), Tourism, Business & Marketing Course or
●Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or
similar senior sales role
●Preferably but not required to have an immigration services
●Ability to provide solutions to customer service inquiries.
●Technical knowledge in VISA application and renewal, etc.
●Ability to work well under pressure.
